How to request a second copy of your Vivo mobile phone bill
There are two ways to request a duplicate Vivo cell phone bill: via the Android and iPhone app or via your computer. Next, see how to download the operator invoice.
- Open the Vivo app
Download the Vivo app on Android (PlayStore) OR iPhone (App Store).
- Log in to your profile
Log in with your CPF or phone number via the app. If this is your first login, register to have access to the platform.
- Enter your plan menu
At the bottom of the screen, tap “My Plan.”
- View your invoices
Tap “See my bills” and select the desired month.
- Check the second copy of the invoice
To pay your invoice, tap “Pay Invoice” and make the payment. You can also check other information in “View invoice details” or download the invoice with all details in “2nd copy of invoice” or “Send via email”.
If you paid late and have made the payment, tap “Notify that payment has already been made.”
If you prefer, you can also enable automatic debit and direct credit card payment on the same screen.
You can also download the second copy of your Vivo invoice from your computer. See how:
- Between Vivo website;
- Click on “Login” on the home page of the Vivo website;
- Log in to your account or create your registration if this is your first login;
- In the left sidebar, hover over “My Accounts”;
- Click on “2nd copy of the account”;
- Access your invoice.
