World War III: Chinese fighter jet intercepts US plane, accuses it of spying

China accuses the United States for sending a spy fighter plane near his territory which was intercepted by a war plane of the Asian nation that remained documented by one of the American crew members, who saved the moment when the Chinese pilots begin to approach them, and the video of which was released on social networks.

In this regard, a Beijing spokesperson referred to the maneuver of its warplane and assured that it was a tricka fraud orchestrated by the United States’ own plane to claim that they were the ones who were attacked when they are the ones who caused China was on alert to send the fighter jet to review the flight of its American counterpart, the Daily Star reported.

The incident was recorded from inside the US fighter jet as it flew over the international airspace on the South China Sea. Although the event happened on Friday, May 26, the images and statements from the Chinese government were released on Wednesday.

In the images of only 36 seconds, we see when the Chinese J-16 fighter jet appears on the right side of the cockpit before turning to face the American plane directly above 120 meters from the nose of the aircraft. Such an approach caused American pilots to bounce off a strong turbulencesituation that could trigger World War III.

The United States says it will continue to send planes

The video was posted by the United States Indo-Pacific Command via its Twitter account, footage which it tagged as follows: “Unclassified: Unprofessional interception by PRC J-16“, a description he placed in a caption at the start of the clip. Also in the same tweet, the oldest and self-appointed largest combat command in the United States said:

“We expect all countries in the Indo-Pacific region to use international airspace safely and in accordance with international law.”

Likewise, the Indo-Pacific Command pointed out that despite China’s accusations of considering that the United States sent planes to spy on its territory, they will continue to fly over the region considered part of international airspace, since does not infringe any fault in global agreements.

“The RC-135 drove safe and routine operations over the South China Sea in international airspace in accordance with international law. UNITED STATES will continue to flynavigate and operate, safely and responsibly, where international law permits.

The U.S. Indo-Pacific Joint Force will continue to fly in international airspace with due regard to the safety of all ships and aircraft under international law,” the U.S. military said in a statement.

While Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said yesterday that the United States is clear on the reason for the military dialogue between the two nations:

“America must seriously respect the sovereigntyChina’s security and interests, immediately correct bad practices, show sincerity, and create the atmosphere and conditions for dialogue and communication between the Chinese and American armies.”
