Justice for Bionce Amaya: a man is linked to the young woman’s femicide trial

This Thursday, May 4, a supervising judge tied Martín “N” to the trial for the crime of feminicide after the death of Beyonce Amaya, a 19-year-old girl who went missing. on April 10 in China, Nuevo León.

Martin “N” 19 years old was linked to the trial on April 27 for the disappearance committed by a private individual, who has since been considered possibly responsible for the disappearance and femicide of Beyonce Amaya who, after the issuance of the search file, was located four days later on a ranch General Bravo, Nuevo Leon.

Bionce Jasmine Amaya Cortez disappeared in the early hours of Monday 10 April in China, Nuevo León; a search report was filed and he was also a resident of Mission, Texas.

In this respect, the supervising judge in charge of the said case, imposed a prison sentence preventive unofficial as a precautionary measure and a maximum period of three months to close the investigation additoinal; but on April 21, the arrest of Martín “N” was reported, who would be one of the people involved in the death of the young.

Also on the case, the state attorney general’s office determined that it expected release other order of apprehension against a person allegedly involved in femicide but who is not in the city.

“The arrest warrant for another person involved in these events is pending and we have information that this person is not in Nuevo León and there is more or less probable information on where he may be. found and it was difficult and no one was involved in events that the prosecution proposed to the supervising judge, ”said the supervising judge.
