A dangerous Canadian criminal is arrested in Mexico: he faces 30 sexual assault charges and takes refuge in the BCS
Mexican authorities have successfully captured one of Canada’s most wanted criminals. The arrest took place on January 28 in La Paz, Baja California Sur. The dangerous offender has been identified as Blake Charbonneau, a man who faces charges of pimping and various sexual offenses. After his arrest, the subject was immediately transferred to Toronto, to be handed over to Canadian justice.
Charbonneau’s arrest was notified by the United States Embassy in Mexico, which shared some details about the arrest and celebrated the trilateral cooperation between Mexico, Canada, and the United States. According to the agency, the criminal had been living on Mexican land since May 2021but he had kept a low profile and had managed to pass unnoticed by the local authorities on different occasions, until last January 28, when he was finally identified and apprehended.
Likewise, the agency affirmed that the dangerous criminal was arrested thanks to the collaboration between the Integrated Pimping Brigade (ÉILP, for its acronym in French) of the Security of Quebec, the United States Marshals Service and the security institutions mexicans. . Blake Charbonneau has become one of Canada’s most wanted criminals. Additionally, the subject has complaints against him for alleged pimping, which allegedly occurred from January 2016 to May 2022. Currently, Charbonneau faces charges of sexual assault with a weapon, aggravated sexual assault and obtaining sexual services for payment (including on minors).
