Paula I had 18 years, She would be 19 on December 6, she was studying nutrition and from what her parents say, she has always stood out from the crowd with an honor roll, in addition to being a good daughter, sister and friend, however, the young woman was murdered and the alleged perpetrator is now free, so family and friends are demanding justice.

On November 26, Paola and her boyfriend named Alan were returning from an event in which the young man was a sound assistant. On the way back, they both drove on Navy around 3:00 a.m. and arriving at the intersection with Mayran Lagoon A red goal-type car was rammed on the right side, causing the crash by ignoring the stop light.

The car was driven by Javier Alexis Ortuno Hernandez, 24, who was arrested at the time of the accident, however, the person responsible was then brought before the prosecution until 5 a.m., giving a period of time during which the relatives and the lawyer of the victim claimed that he was able to evade the law from the police, because they even assure that the driver did not undergo doping and breathalyzer tests.

The parents of the young woman who lost her life reported that the Judicial assigned to the case in Mexico City’s Superior Court of Justice, ordered the driver’s immediate release, arguing that there was insufficient evidence to the contrary. Javier Alexis Ortuño Hernandez did not return to the North prison where he remained until the day of the hearing, since the judge immediately signed his release.

That is why, through social networks, friends and relatives of the young couple have published a video in which they expose the case and ask for attention for Alan, who ended up with “serious injuries exposed for which they have not received the relevant medical care”, at the same time as they demand justice for Paola, whose life was taken from her because of reckless driving.
