How to request a second copy of your Tim mobile phone bill
You can request a second copy of your Tim account via your computer or mobile phone. Both via the website and the Meu Tim app, the invoice is available for download if you have not received it by email or post. Find out how to access it below.
- Enter my Tim
Click on “My Tim” on the home page operator’s website.
- Login
Log in with your Tim account to obtain the second copy of the invoice. If you are not registered, choose the option to log in for the first time.
- View your accounts
Tap or hover over “My Accounts” and click “Online Accounts.”
- Log in to the second copy of the account
Scroll down to “Your most recent invoice” and note the invoice barcode. If you prefer, you can check the invoice details in the “Details” section, to be consulted on the site itself, or in “PDF”, to download the invoice onto your computer, mobile phone or tablet.
In this area you can also see other quick information, with the numbers you have called most frequently and the accumulated call time.
To check other months’ charges, click “View Previous Bills.”
Tim also offers its own app, called Meu Tim, to check your plan and access your accounts. Find out how to request a second copy via the app:
- Download the My Tim app from Play Store (Android) OR App Store (iPhone);
- Log in to the application;
- Go to “Accounts”;
- Log in to the duplicate of your account.
