Who is Jorge Arganis Diaz-Leal?

The official graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, an institution where he was a professor for 21 years.

He was General Manager of Works and Technical Advisor at the Government Headquarters in Mexico City.
He served as coordinator of the Mexican Committee for International Engineering Practice (COMPII) in the Pacific Alliance Treaty.

In 2008 he became a full member of the Mexican Academy of Engineering and in 2012 the Mexican Association of Urban Planners named him an honorary member.

The Undersecretary occupies the SICT

As, Jorge nuno Laurawas appointed in April 2021 to the post of Under Secretary for Infrastructure.

Nuño Lara holds a degree in economics from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico and has collaborated as director of hydrocarbon projects in the investment unit of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit.

He collaborated as director of PHydrocarbon projects within the Investment Unit of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, where he was responsible for reviewing and, where appropriate, approving the cost-benefit assessments of the investment programs and projects of Petróleos Mexicanos and subsidiary entities.
