Siemens, Germany’s leading technology companymarks a new stage in the history of Mexico by opening the doors of its new facilities, now in Guadalajara, in addition to the five factories it already has in the country.

These offices will house a service center for North and Central America, focused on attention to the technological and industrial ecosystem, through greater process efficiency and clear responsibility for sustainability.

“These new facilities will be the epicenter of our logistics and sales activities for our Smart Infrastructure and Digital Industries business divisions,” said Marco Cosío, executive vice president of Smart Infrastructure for Siemens Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

With this opening, the German Siemens reaffirms its confidence in the country, in which it began its activities 129 years ago, witnessing and participating in the modernization of Mexican society, supporting technological innovation and pursuing the economic objectives of business aligned with national development.

This project in Guadalajara will start with a talented team of 130 employees, for whom a double-digit growth is estimated over the next two years, which will allow Siemens to continue to offer innovative and transformative solutions for customers, being the engine of growth and the raison d’être of the company.
