Motorola hasn’t launched the new foldable, but the Razr 40 is already appearing in the ad
Motorola has yet to officially launch the Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra, but it seems that this is not a problem for the marketing team in Europe. A sign in the middle of the street in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, shows the name, the look and the main novelty that will be present on the foldable that will compete with the Galaxy Z Flip 4.

Motorola marked the launch of its new leaflet for June 1, with an event underway in New York, where guests from the company are already present. Still without officially revealing any details, the company’s marketing team decided it was time to show everyone the mobile, with the name and even the screen taking up a large part of the exterior.
This is the biggest evolution when we look at past generations. In them, the Razr showed a small display, just like the old V3, but here it is larger and serves for some functions such as media control, notification display or weather forecast.
Razr 40 may have the same chip as last year
In the next foldable, which will be called Razr 40 Ultra, but the suffix is rumored to disappear in some markets, the screen will cover almost the entire exterior. We don’t have any information on this secondary display yet, but the Motorola sign in Sofia, Bulgaria displays the component that acts as a mirror for anyone who wants to take a selfie with the primary cameras.
Rumors still present in the world of rumors and not confirmed by any division of Motorola say that the mobile will be launched with a 3.6-inch external screen, with a resolution of 1,066 x 1,056 pixels and marked refresh at 165 Hz, while the internal one has 6.9 inches and 2,400 x 1,080 pixels, while maintaining the same high refresh.
If on the outside the noticeably larger screen will attract attention, on the inside we have a replica of the previous generation: the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 should continue as the mobile chip, exactly the same as the Razr launched in August last year on the international market.
Finally, the rumors point to the camera system with a 12-megapixel main lens and f/1.5 aperture, while the secondary is 13-megapixel ultrawide, while on the internal screen a hole in the display has a 32-megapixel sensor just below.
