How to use LinkedIn post templates
LinkedIn is a widely used social network for posting content on any job-related topic, such as announcements of available vacancies, information about interest in certain jobs, or sharing tips and personal experiences at previous jobs.
For this, one of the tools that the platform makes available is the creation of more personalized posts, unlike generic publications that only require text. therefore, the prepared a tutorial to teach you how to use post templates on LinkedIn.
LinkedIn: how to use ready-made templates
Necessary time: 5 minutes.
You need to use the network application on your cell phone or other mobile devices.
- With the application open on your mobile phone, click on “+ Publish” at the bottom of the page.
- Now, click “Use a template” to access the available posting templates.
- Tap the letters in the image to add text.
- In the carousel at the bottom of the screen, choose the template you like best.
- To change the font, switch to the button with the letters “Aa”.
After choosing the letter, click on the “Done” button to save the changes.
- Now, if you like, browse through the menu and add new design changes.
See what each button does: the first one changes the pattern; the second allows you to insert a link; the third adds static and animated elements; the latter, edit the text.
- When your changes are ready, click the “Next” button at the top right to save your post.
- The template will then upload as a post image. Then, just write a text over it and advertise the post on the “Publish” button.
You can change who sees the post between: everyone, connections only and group (to select one you are a part of).
