Olympic Games 2024: The Games Organizing Committee and AP-HP signed an agreement to establish a health center.

For the duration of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (JOP), a temporary health center – or polyclinic – will operate in the heart of the Olympic Village, serving more than 15,000 people (athletes and members). delegations), for emergencies and the first call of a doctor. The establishment and management of this center will be entrusted to AP-HP, whose operation and financing will be carried out under an agreement with the JOP Organizing Committee (Cojop). This agreement, in particular, stipulates that Paris 2024 will reimburse the direct and indirect costs incurred by AP-HP and related to the cost of operation (remuneration of staff, cost of supplies, equipment, medicines) with the nearest euro. AP-HP sends an administrative director, a medical director, a health manager, as well as approximately fifteen referees per discipline implemented. The center will be staffed by two hundred French volunteers and thirty international volunteers, according to Paris 2024.
